Return Policy



We want 100% customer satisfaction. Because your happiness is of paramount importance to us, we thoroughly inspect our items before shipping. We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see below). Please advise us by email of any items you wish to return and we shall provide you with an RMA #. 

In order to qualify for a refund of the item cost, the item must be returned in original resaleable condition, tags intact and in original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. Federal law prohibits the return of articles worn against the body for health and sanitary reasons.

Exchange or Return Product Eligibilty 
Products must be:

  In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
  Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
  Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your original order.
How To Exchange or Return  

Repackage your item(s) along and include a copy of the Exchange/Return Authorization Form emailed to you, then mail it to the address on the form within 14 days of receipt of original shipment.

A credit or refund cannot be issued prior to the receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. Any item altered in any way will not be credited or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping is not refundable.

There is no restocking fee on the first exchange. There shall be a 20% restocking fee on all subsequent exchanges and for returns without an exchange.

If you reject your order at time of delivery from shipper (UPS/FedEx) without prior notification and approval from Gotta Be Me, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee and be charged shipping and handling fees for initial shipment and return shipping.

Clearance sale items, swimsuits, panties, attachable breast forms, and adhesive supplies sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged except for a manufacturer defect in the product. If you return these items you will not receive a credit, exchange, or refund.

Do not return items to the manufacturer. All items must be returned to Gotta Be Me Inc..
