We ship worldwide however the shipping cost listed is for shipment within the 48 continental states and the 10 Canadian provinces. For outside of these areas, kindly contact us by sending an email the Contact link on our website. Kindly send us the item #s you wish to purchase and your zip/postal code; we will advise you in an email what the shipping cost will be. We shall respond within 48 business hours.
Our products discretely ship from our location in Ontario, Canada or direct from the manufacturer. The location is indicated in the shipping tab for each product. In any case, you pay only one shipping cost as per the flat rate shipping below.
All "FLAT RATE SHIPPING" orders will be sent either US Priority Mail or UPS ground at our discretion.
We Offer Flat–Fee Shipping
We ship within the U.S. by UPS Ground which takes 5-7 business days for U.S. and 7-10 business days within Canada. Where possible, we will request our warehouses to ship by USPS or Canada Post as applicable.

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address or refusal upon delivery, there will be a 15% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable as we have incurred these shipping the order out to you.
ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of order placement. We will gladly accommodate order changes; however, often orders cannot be changed once 12 hours have passed as our respective warehouses have already been notified. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected listed above.
Tracking Your Order
The status of your order is updated on our website. We also upload the tracking number to our site and an automatic notice is sent to your email to advise of your order update.
